I happily accept new female clients and all LGBTQIA+ folks including trans men and trans women. I will also happily accept male clients when they know someone I know, professionally or personally, so that I can cross reference.
This extra step when accepting a new male client is purely for my safety and security. Unfortunately, massage therapists are sometimes seen as easy targets for sexual harassment or assault, so I require this vouching process.
